ORLANDO, Fla. (February 25, 2008) – Dean Hybl has joined Curley & Pynn as a communications strategist, where he will utilize his expertise in strategic planning, media relations, community relations and marketing to service clients in a variety of industries.
As a member of Curley & Pynn, Hybl will manage account teams to develop and implement strategic communications programs for clients that build awareness and improve stakeholder perceptions.

Prior to joining Curley & Pynn, Hybl served as program manager for myregion.org, a public/private organization created to promote regional collaboration in the seven-county area of central Florida. Working in another capacity in athletic administration, Hybl previously served as the sports information director at Rollins College and Hampden-Sydney College.
Hybl received a Bachelor of Science degree in communications with a minor in English from James Madison University. Dean graduated from Leadership Orlando; served as the head statistician for the Florida Citrus Bowl from 1997 to 2002; and has published a fictional novel about life in small-town Virginia, titled “Crystal Clear.”
