OUR TEAM

Curley & Pynn’s staffing philosophy is to actively engage an officer of the company with each client.  While this necessarily keeps the company small and limits the number of clients that can be served, it likewise assures that each client team benefits from senior leadership. 

Client teams are led by members of the management team known as communications strategists.  They lead the effort on a day-to-day basis and drive the strategy with a team that in addition to a firm officer also includes communications specialists and coordinators, who may be assigned tactical implementation to provide the most cost-effective service.

Curley & Pynn is only as good as its employees, so we strive to hire only the best and brightest candidates.  By maintaining one of the most stringent hiring practices in the profession, our clients can be ensured they will be served by some of best strategic thinkers in the area – seasoned professionals with a wide range of skills and perspectives. 

Dedicated teams are assigned to manage each client’s communications programs, but when additional resources are needed, all of the agency’s staff is available.
